Kasia is a strategist and transformation enthusiast with expertise in reinvigorating business models and driving impactful strategic programs within the public sector and not-for profit organisations. Having worked with many NFPs, government agencies, social service and healthcare providers across Europe and Australia, she has experienced first-hand the shortcomings of traditional approaches to strategy and business management applied in a cookie-cut manner, with great effort, but little regard for unique business context.
